USS Victorious, third hull of the Courageous class.

The Courageous class is a Post-Cardassian war (2366) era modification of the more mainstream Nebula class.

The Courageous class exists as a dedicated landing ship, able to transport, adapt, repair and replace the modular landing craft. The landers can be outfitted as field hospitals or industrial replicators for relief efforts, firebases or barracks for ground disputes, or even emergency communications hubs.
